DESCRIPTION

We see Danville as an up and coming town that we want to invest in long-term. To that end, we began buying under-utilized buildings in 2012 and re-positioning them through upgrades and leasing strategies. Today we own and operate four properties in the downtown core that are providing cash flow while allowing us to make a bet on the future of this quaint town.
