Ownership Representation
Our main objective is to maximize investment performance while mitigating risk. We analyze all aspects of building operations; Brokerage, Architecture, Construction, Engineering, Property Management, Legal, Risk Assessment, Sustainability, Accounting and Financial Reporting before communicating recommendations to ownership. Once a business plan is approved, we utilize our long-standing relationships and solicit multiple bids from all vendors and suppliers to confirm the best service is provided at the most competitive pricing. Our hands-on approach ensures everyone is working in unison to achieve a common goal. We understand the importance of creating and maintaining a firm but fair relationship with Tenants that benefits the investment through all market cycles. The key is consistent and concise communication. There should be no surprises or questions regarding the operation of an asset.
