In July of 2016, Elwood purchased 8.99 acres of paved yard from JC Penney’s.  Within a few months of closing, the property was leased to UPS and  producing over 16% cash-on-cash.  The property was purchased for $3,250,000 and sold a few years later for over $10,000,000 to Prologis.
