In 2011, at the peak of the Great Recession, Heritage Bank foreclosed on this property and in turn approached us to purchase it at a significant discount. The property was in need of considerable work. We ushered new plans through the planning department and were able to create a quaint and well regarded Crafstman Style Office building in the Alamo downtown.
